What you will be doing:
- Interview users/customers for reports and requirements
- Define requirements and business rules for application development
- Gather data, validate data, review formulas and reports
- Meet with stakeholders to capture processes and provide automated solution for processes
- Capture/automate inputs and outputs that change on a regular basis, e.g. # of devices, location, relationship etc.
- Capable of demonstrating web application programs
- Creating and making development progress presentations
- Capable of developing strong client relationships and communicating client requirements to the program developers
What you need to qualify:
- At least 2 years of experience as a business or system analyst in software design
- Must have worked from inception to completion on AT LEAST one enterprise project in a formal software development environment
- Must have a basic understanding of multi-tier(client/server, internet/intranet) design and development
- Must have excellent communications skills. Superior verbal and written skills are necessary for the successful candidate
- Good skills with Visual Studio 2005, Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Highly organized, efficient and with excellent note taking abilities
- Must have experience and be familiar with developing requirements for software application development
- Experience working with a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have BS in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related Field
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
